The high-resolution digital x-ray system offers greater clarity than traditional photographic film, and can be viewed almost instantly. That cuts down on the wait time that patients used to endure. Digital x-rays are also more eco-friendly since there are no chemicals needed to process the film.

Our dental office in Alexandria also has an intraoral camera. In other dental offices, patients have to hold a mirror up to their teeth to see any problems. In our office, an intraoral camera displays color pictures of the mouth, teeth and gums on a computer screen so patients can easily see any cavities, broken fillings, cracked teeth, or other problems.
