Michael Rotter, DDS General Dentist
Dr. Rotter has been with Dental Associates for 40 years and practices at the Fair Oaks, Fort Belvoir, and Falls Church offices. As a member of the American Dental Association, Virginia Dental Association, Northern Virginia Dental Society and the Northern Virginia Implant Society, he enjoys all phases of dentistry, but especially by applying his clinical skills to restore beautiful smiles.

A native of New Jersey, Dr. Rotter completed his undergraduate degree at Boston University and went on to complete his dental education at Georgetown University School of Dentistry in 1976. Dr. Rotter taught and lectured part time at Georgetown until 1990. For the past 20 years, he has also has been the onsite dentist at The Fairfax, a Sunrise Retirement Community with over 600 residents, in Fort Belvoir because he enjoys the challenges and rewards of working with the elderly.
Dr. Rotter and his wife Debby live in Fairfax Station, VA with their 2 dogs and 2 cats. They have three adult children. Debby is a psychotherapist with a private practice in Burke, VA. Dr. Rotter’s recreational interests include skiing, biking, gardening and just about any outdoor physical activity.
